Head office is at the former Banks's Park Brewery in Wolverhampton: [[Banks's Brewery (Wolverhampton)]].
 
* In 2007, they acquired the brewery and small tied estate of [[Ringwood Brewery]], Ringwood, Hampshire.
* In 2008, they acquired the brewery and small tied estate of [[Wychwood Brewery Ltd]], Witney, Oxfordshire.
* In 2017, they acquired the brewery of [[Charles Wells Ltd]] of Bedford, although Wells retained its pub estate, and then opened its own brewery [[Wells & Co (Bedford)]].
 
In November 2020, Marstons PLC and Carlsberg UK merged to form [[Carlsberg Marston's|Carlsberg Marston's Brewing Company Limited]].

Having taken over Marston, Thompson & Evershed Ltd in 1999, the Wolverhampton & Dudley Breweries Ltd group renamed itself Marston's PLC in 2007.

Head office is at the former Banks's Park Brewery in Wolverhampton: Banks's Brewery (Wolverhampton).

In November 2020, Marstons PLC and Carlsberg UK merged to form Carlsberg Marston's Brewing Company Limited.
