Acquired by the [[Kemp Town Brewery]] 1919 and the brewery and several public houses were resold to [[Smithers & Sons Ltd]].

Founded 1849. Acquired by the Kemp Town Brewery Ltd 1919 and the brewery and several public houses were resold to Smithers & Sons Ltd.
