Registered May 1900 to acquire the business carried on by George Charles Porter and William Henry Dieseldorff as Chandler & Co and was a branch of Usher's Wiltshire Brewery Ltd.
Brewery and 35 tied houses offered for sale on 13th December 1910 and a half interest was acquired by Charrington & Co. Ltd. 1911.
14 public houses in Hastings were bought by Watney, Combe, Reid & Co. Ltd.
