Canterbury Brewery, 28 St Radigunds, Canterbury, Kent.

Founded February 1979 by Simon & Anthony Taylor in the sample room of Flint & Co. Ltd's former brewery with help from David Cobb (previously of Cobb & Co., Margate Brewery).

The kit was purchased from Watney & Co Ltd (Mortlake) and had originally been intended for Alan Greenwood's abortive attempt to restart brewing on the John Lovibond & Sons Ltd site in Greenwich.

Brewing ceased when the lease on the premises expired. Although beers continued to appear, they were brewed by Shepherd Neame Ltd and the Mansfield Brewery Co. Ltd.

Name then used at other locations: 35 St Margaret's Street (1979 - 1981): Roper Close, St Dunstans (1981 - 1983): 28 St Radigunds Street (1983).
