Bridges, Cuthbert & Co Ltd., Cross Keys Brewery, Calver Street, Colchester, Essex.

Bridges, Cuthbert and Company Ltd. were brewing from 1866 to 1880 listed two years later also as maltster, a branch of the Falcon Brewery, Ipswich.

Merged with Harwood & Co (Eye), Eye to form the Norfolk & Suffolk Brewery Co Ltd. in 1886 and taken over a year later by the formation of the Colchester Brewing Co. Ltd.

Brewing on site ceased in 1880 and the site was used as a stores depot. The site was later sold and since 1970 has been occupied by a supermarket.
