Partnership between Thomas Reed and Harry Esau Duck, under the style or firm of "Duck & Reed" has been dissolved from 1st March 1911.

They had a 45 quarter malting at Luce Mill.

Acquired by the Stroud Brewery Co. Ltd. 1920 with 22 public houses.
