Woolf Brothers Ltd, Ballaughton Brewery, Ridgeway Street, Douglas, Isle of Man.

In 1886 acquired by the Woolf family, who brewed as Woolf's Ltd in Crewe, Cheshire.

Registered February 1889, and then briefly owned by Thomas Kewley, bottler and wine and spirit merchant.

In 1902, acquired by Ind Coope Ltd.
