Registered 1893 to acquire Glover, Bell & Co.

Acquired by Worthington & Co. Ltd as a subsidiary of Bass, Ratcliff & Gretton Ltd. 1953. Bass had already acquired 80% of ordinary share capital. Closed 1962.
