Warwicks & Richardsons Ltd, Northgate, Newark on Trent, Nottinghamshire.

Founded by Samuel Sketchley at the Tower Wharf Brewery 1766 and was acquired by Richard Warwick in 1856.

Northgate Brewery built 1871.

Registered 1888 to merge Richard Warwick & Sons and Richardson, Earp & Slater, Trent Brewery to form above.

Acquired by John Smith's Tadcaster Brewery Co. Ltd. 1962 and brewing ceased in 1966.

Buildings remain standing, converted to residential use.
