Benjamin Smith & Son, Waterloo Brewery, Hall Street, Stockport, Greater Manchester.

This was built by Benjamin Smith in 1825, in 1836 sons Thomas and Henry joined the business.

In 1848/50 trading as Henry Smith & Co. Alfred Smith 37 Shaw Heath and Henry Waterloo.

Benjamin was poor health in 1880s and the business was auctioned on 21st Feb 1888, being bought by Thomas Sykes of Burton with C30 pubs, (see Trent Brewery Co. Ltd.

Building was demolished by 1895.

Sykes Brewery Co registered 1889 with breweries at Burton and Birmingham with houses in Stockport.
