Quay Brewery, Lapin Noir Limited, Brewer's Quay, Hope Square. Weymouth, Dorset

First brewed in June 1996.

Name as the Quay Brewery in the former Devenish & Co. Ltd and Groves & Sons Ltd brewery. A 5 barrel brewplant was used.

During the early part of 2004 the name was changed to Dorset Brewing Company, which moved to Dorchester in 2011.
