Brewery buildings demolished 1920s, but the frontage house remains on Bridge Street. J Nunneley & Co, Bridge Street Brewery, 22 Bridge Street, Burton-upon-Trent, Staffordshire.
Founded 1720 (although the date of foundation is uncertain). Joseph Nunneley was brewing on this site from the 1840s. Registered as above 1888.
Bought in 1895 with seven houses by the Burton Brewery Co. Ltd and ceased brewing. In 1915 came into the ownership of Worthington & Co. Ltd. Brewery buildings demolished 1920s, but the frontage house remains on Bridge Street.
