Moved to the Snig's Foot Brewery when [[Ellis, Warde, Webster]] transferred to the Bath Springs Brewery.  
At the rear of the Snig’s Foot Hotel.  


Acquired by the [[Burtonwood Brewery Co.(Forshaws) Ltd]]. 1947 with 8 tied houses.
From 1871 Thomas Nixon to 1887, then Nixon & Eastham to 1890.
 
James Eastham to 1892 then [[Ellis, Warde & Co. Ltd]] and [[Daniel Webster]].
 
On Ellis Warde’s move to the [[Burtonwood Brewery Co.(Forshaws) Ltd]] site Knowles R & Sons moved to Snig’s Foot.  
 
In June 1947 Richard Knowles sold to [[Burtonwood Brewery Co.(Forshaws) Ltd]], with 8 tied houses.  
 
Continued brewing mild, but had ceased by 1953.
