From the company's website: "In November 2020, Carlsberg UK and Marston’s completed their merger to create a new beer company whose brands include Carlsberg, Carlsberg Export, Poretti, Hobgoblin, Marston’s Pedigree, Tetley’s, Wainwright and 61 Deep. The portfolio of Carlsberg Marston’s Brewing will also include a number of brands brewed under licence in the UK including San Miguel, Mahou, Estrella Damm, Shipyard, Erdinger, Warsteiner and Kirin. It will also distribute craft beers from Brooklyn in the US and London Fields in the UK."
At the time of the merger, the following breweries were owned:
- Banks's, Wolverhampton Banks's Brewery (Wolverhampton).
- Carlsberg, Northampton Carlsberg Brewery Ltd.
- Eagle Brewery, Bedford Charles Wells Ltd. Later sold to Spanish brewer SA Damm.
- Jennings, Cockermouth Jennings Brothers Ltd. Closed in 2022.
- London Fields, Hackney London Fields Brewery. Sold off in 2023.
- Marston's, Burton upon Trent Marston, Thompson & Evershed Ltd.
- Ringwood, Hampshire Ringwood Brewery.
- Wychwood, Witney Wychwood Brewery Ltd. Closed in 2023.
