Bourne Inn (renamed Langleys), 80-82 Pevensey Road, Eastbourne, East Sussex BN21 3HT

Probably rebuilt by Kemp Town Brewery Ltd of Brighton in the 1930s.

It had four decorative plaster roundels with central 'KTB' monograms between ground and first floors - two facing Pevensey Road and two facing Bourne Street. One of those facing Pevensey Road had been removed by 2014. The elaborate hanging sign facing Bourne Street also featured the brewery's 'Dolphin' trade mark on both sides.
