James Jackson & Sons Ltd, Model Brewery, 35 Spa Road , Bolton , Greater Manchester .

Acquired the Model Brewery from the Spa Wells Brewery Co. Ltd on 26th March 1904. Private company registered April 1913. Acquired by George Shaw & Co. Ltd. of Leigh 1927. Successively occupied by Bolton Free Brewery Co. Ltd, registered 1928; Bolton & District Clubs Brewery Co. Ltd. in 1930, Lancashire Clubs Federation Brewery Ltd, registered in 1933 but did not acquire premises until 1935, then ceased by 1938. Eventually acquired by Howcrofts.
