James Jackson & Sons Ltd, Model Brewery, 35 Spa Road, Bolton, Greater Manchester.

Acquired the Model Brewery from the Spa Wells Brewery Co. Ltd on 26th March 1904.

Private company registered April 1913.

Acquired by George Shaw & Co. Ltd. of Leigh 1927.

Successively occupied by Bolton Free Brewery Co. Ltd, registered 1928; Bolton & District Clubs Brewery Co. Ltd. in 1930, Lancashire Clubs Federation Brewery Ltd, registered in 1933 but did not acquire premises until 1935, then ceased by 1938. Eventually acquired by Howcroft's Brewery Ltd.
