Having taken over Marston, Thompson & Evershed Ltd, the Wolverhampton & Dudley Breweries Ltd group renamed itself Marston's PLC in 2007.
Head office is at the former Banks's Park Brewery in Wolverhampton.
In 2017, they acquired the brewery of Charles Wells Ltd of Bedford, although Wells retained its pub estate.
