Little Eaton Brewery Ltd, Elms Brewery, Duffield Road, Little Eaton, Derbyshire.
Founded in 1897 by George and John Bagnall, trading as Bagnall Brothers. They sold it on to Herbert Alfred Seale, a brewery agent, in 1902.
Registered March 1906 as Herbert Alfred Seale. Receiver appointed January 1909 and was dissolved 29th August 1911.
Offiler's Brewery Ltd purchased the concern with Seale remaining as their agent.
The buildings are Grade II listed and date from 1780, used as a malting until 1891.
