The former Jennings Brothers Ltd brewery was closed by Carlsberg Marstons Brewing Company in 2022 with production of the beers transferred to other Marston breweries.
The site was bought by local couple Kurt and Rebecca Canfield in February 2025, and brewing recommenced in July 2025. The new brewery has acquired the rights to the Jennings brand, including all trademarks, intellectual property and recipes.
