Fable Brewery, Creeksea Ferry Road, Wallasea Island, Rochford, Essex SS4 2HF

Sam Martyn was originally a cuckoo brewer, then set up the brewery on Wallasea Island in 2025 and officially launched 6th December 2025. Brew kit is 5hl.

Mud Island Brewery is a sub-brand.
