Albert Phillips, Castle Brewery, Somers Road, Southsea, Portsmouth, Hampshire

Founded 1863 by William French. Acquired by Florence Phillips 1887. Ceased brewing in 1904 when acquired by W A Hobbs & Co of Gosport with two tied houses. Brewhouse demolished in 1979.

Albert Phillips subsequently acquired Burt & Co, Isle of Wight.
