Yates Castle Brewery Ltd, Castle Brewery, Fairfield Street, Ardwick, Greater Manchester

Founded at 76 Hamilton Street, Birkenhead in the 1830s, and operated as Gatehouse & Yates from 1877 to 1887, when it merged with the Castle Brewery in Ardwick. Brewing continued in Birkenhead until 1934.
