Founded 1834. Registered August 1903 to acquire Wooldridge, Hill & Co. with 8 public houses. In 1910 Hoare & Co. Ltd purchased the houses.
Acquired by Linnell’s Tottenham Brewery Co. Ltd. in 1920.
This was wound up in 1923 and acquired by Davenport's Brewery Ltd. of Birmingham in 1925.
Used by them as a depot to possibly 1939, even though the plant was dismantled in 1927.
