Windmill Hill Brewery, Victoria Business Park, Unit 14 Neilston St, Leamington Spa CV31 2AZ.

Using a one barrel plant Gavin Leach and Robert Singleton commenced brewing in Mid 2017 at 11 Williams Road, Radford Semele, Warwickshire CV31 1UR.

In 2019 they relocated to Unit 1, Eastfields Farm, Deppers Bridge CV47 2SU with a larger production unit.

They moved to Victoria Business Park in 2022
