Whitworth, Son & Nephew Ltd, Moor Road, Wath-on-Dearne, South Yorkshire.

Founded before 1872 and was acquired by Spedding Whitworth Ltd in 1880. Registered April 1891.

Acquired by John Smith's Tadcaster Brewery Co. Ltd. 1958 with 165 tied houses and brewing ceased.
