Commenced brewing in 2001, under the name Hobden's Wessex Brewery.

For a period in 2002, brewed the former Ash Vine Brewery beers following the closure of Heritage.

Hobden's was dropped from the name in 2004.

Also brews Isle Of Avalon Brewery beers.
