Registered 1896 as Thatcher's Breweries Ltd. to amalgamate: George Henry Thatcher, North Brewery and John Thatcher, Radford Brewery.

Merged with the Welton Old Brewery Co. Ltd. 1901. The name was changed as above December 1906.

About 100 public houses were sold to Bristol Brewery Georges & Co. Ltd. 1918.

Voluntary liquidation 12th March 1919 and was wound up 3rd May 1920.
