Registered 1896 as Thatcher's Breweries Ltd. to amalgamate: George Henry Thatcher, North Brewery and John Thatcher, Radford Brewery.  
George Henry Thatcher, North Brewery, and John Thatcher, Radford Brewery, merged to form Thatcher’s Breweries Ltd in 1896. This also included the Holcombe Brewery.  


Merged with the [[Welton Old Brewery Co. Ltd]]. 1901. The name was changed as above December 1906.  
In 1901 the [[Welton Old Brewery Co. Ltd]] was merged into the business.  


About 100 public houses were sold to [[Bristol Brewery Georges & Co. Ltd]]. 1918.  
Registered as shown in December 1906.
 
In 1918 about 100 public houses were sold to [[Bristol Brewery Georges & Co. Ltd]], presumably as a result of a fire here.
 
Voluntary liquidation 12th March 1919 and wound up 3rd May 1920.
 
The family also brewed at Nailsea and Newport.
 
Some buildings remain.

George Henry Thatcher, North Brewery, and John Thatcher, Radford Brewery, merged to form Thatcher’s Breweries Ltd in 1896. This also included the Holcombe Brewery.

In 1901 the Welton Old Brewery Co. Ltd was merged into the business.

Registered as shown in December 1906.

In 1918 about 100 public houses were sold to Bristol Brewery Georges & Co. Ltd, presumably as a result of a fire here.

Voluntary liquidation 12th March 1919 and wound up 3rd May 1920.
