Walter & John Flint East, Albion Brewery, Oil Mill Lane (now Villiers Road), Kingston-upon-Thames, Surrey.

Acquired by Charrington & Co. Ltd 1891 with 32 houses.

Brewery sold in 1895 to Vine Products who operated Europe's largest vinery here until 1989. Site redeveloped for housing 1996.
