Acquired by [[Ind Coope Ltd]]. 1956 with 11 public houses and brewing ceased. Premises still in use as a warehouse by Rowlands & Co, fruit and vegetable merchants. By 1913 estate included 3 home brew houses; Woolpack, Longden Coleham; Swan Inn, Frankwell and the Old Ship, Bridge Street.
