In July 1904, bought for £2,475 by Wilkins Ltd. of Longton with one tied house, the Prince Consort, Parker Street. In 1924, it was acquired by [[Burtonwood Brewery Co.(Forshaws) Ltd]] when the brewhouse at the rear of the pub was mentioned.
