Established 1842. Operated as above from 1871. Registered 1894 to acquire James Porter & Son who was trading as Thomas Robinson & Co; Sykes, Porter & Co, Myrtle Brewery, Liverpool and Cook Brothers Ltd, Soho Brewery, Liverpool.

Re-registered in 1896 as Robinson's Brewery Ltd. to acquire Thomas Robinson and Sykes, Porter. Acquired by [[Ind Coope Ltd]]. in March 1920 with 135 houses but the brewery was closed. Site cleared 1968-70 for shopping precinct. See also Liverpool.
