Ex [[Verrall & Sons]] Southover Brewery. The front door to the saloon has two panes with fine etched glass. On the left: 'WINES & SPIRITS'; on the right: 'SOUTHOVER ALES & STOUT'. Both panes feature delicate illustrations of swans.
Verrall's fell to [[Page & Overton's Brewery Ltd]] in 1897. On the frontage, two lamps; on each side of the iron brackets, the lettering 'Page & Overton' is painted black but still just discernible.

Ex Verrall & Sons Southover Brewery. The front door to the saloon has two panes with fine etched glass. On the left: 'WINES & SPIRITS'; on the right: 'SOUTHOVER ALES & STOUT'. Both panes feature delicate illustrations of swans.
