Smith & Williams, Town Brewery, Round Oak, Brierley Hill, West Midlands.

This was the William Henry Simpkiss' Royal Oak Brewery.

Sold to North Worcestershire Breweries Ltd in 1896 who closed the premises. 12 months later opened as Elwell Williams, a partnership of 5 people, Isaac Trevor Elwell (son of George and grandson of Benjamin), Harry French Williams, John Benton, William Henry Smith and Frederick Hipkiss.
