Shrewsbury & Wem Brewery Co. Ltd, Talbot Brewery, High Street and Noble Street, Wem, Shropshire.

Founded c.1860 at the Circus Brewery, Shrewsbury, as Richards Brothers. Registered January 1898 as the Shropshire Brewery Co. Ltd to acquire William Hall & Co. with 2 breweries and 63 tied houses. Name changed as above later in 1898. Talbot Brewery closed 1900 and Circus Brewery 1912.

Noble Street brewery acquired by Greenall Whitley & Co. Ltd. 1951 with 94 public houses and brewing ceased February 1988.
