Receiver appointed 29th January 1897. Brewery stood next to the Standard pub.
The latter was sold 27th March 1897 with brewhouse for £670. Although described as adjacent the Savidge Brothers site, Bob Flood suggests this was a separate site, previously involving Walter Porter.
