Founded as a home brew house c.1835 and was acquired by John Rolinson by 1871. Brewery allegedly destroyed by fire in 1895. Registered July 1896. Moved to Onslow's Netherton New Brewery c.1900. [[Wolverhampton & Dudley Breweries Ltd]]. gained control in 1912 and disposed of surplus plant. Freehold of the 59 tied house estate acquired in 1925.
