In November 1891, the Royal Albert Brewery Co Ltd was formed to take over the brewery which, it was stated, had been conducted for many years by the late John Lane of Liverpool and more recently by Alfred Wall of the Prince of Wales Hotel in Ramsey. In 1894 the company was in liquidation.

For sale 1891 by trustees of late James Radley. Merged with IOM Breweries Ltd. in 1899.
