The City Brewery was bought by Arnold Perrett in 1889 when Miller moved to Bristol. It remained brewing until closed by the Cheltenham & Hereford Breweries Ltd in 1947.

Previously known as Star Steam Brewery.

Acquired by Miller in 1887 from George Horne and sold with c80 houses to Arnold, Perrett & Co. Ltd. in 1889 on moving to Stokes Croft, Bristol. See Miller & Co. Ltd (Bristol).
