In 2004, the Sadler family recommenced brewing at the Windsor Castle; see: Windsor Castle Brewery Ltd.

Brewing ceased when the larger Sadlers Ales brewery was opened near Lye rail station.

In November 2019, brewing recommenced at the Windsor Castle as Print Works Brewery.
