Penn Brewery Co. Ltd, Penn Wood Common Brewery , Wolverhampton , West Midlands .

Registered October 1887 to acquire the business of Williams & Empson. Acquired by the Burton Brewery Co. Ltd. 1897. The brewery was sold to the Wolverhampton District Brewery Ltd. August 1899.
