Brewing commenced in 2002 with the [[Castle Rock Brewery]] plant and some from the [[Ford & Firkin]], Romford.
The Plough was built by the original [[Nottingham Brewery Ltd]], and was later in the ownership of Tennants of Sheffield, then Whitbread.

The Nottingham Brewery Co Ltd, The Plough Public House, 17 St Peters Street, Radford, Nottingham

The Plough was built by the original Nottingham Brewery Ltd, and was later in the ownership of Tennants of Sheffield, then Whitbread.

Brewing commenced in outbuildings at the rear in 2002 with the Castle Rock Brewery plant and some from the Ford & Firkin, Romford.
