Registered 31st August 1891 to acquire the Newark Brewery Co. and H W Robinson & Co. of Sheffield.

Newark business acquired by Warwicks & Richardsons Ltd. in 1892.

'Newark & Sheffield Breweries Co. Ltd, Scotland Street, Sheffield.

The Sheffield business went to John Smiths.
