Newark & Sheffield Breweries Co. Ltd, Cromwell Brewery, 83 Barnbygate and Scotland Street, Sheffield , Newark on Trent , Nottinghamshire .

Registered 31st August 1891 to acquire the Newark Brewery Co. and H.W.Robinson & Co. of Sheffield.

Newark business acquired by Warwicks & Richardsons Ltd. in 1892. The Sheffield business went to John Smiths.
