Museum Brewing Company or White Shield Brewery, National Brewery Centre, Horninglow Street, Burton-upon-Trent, Staffordshire DE14 1NG

Established in the former Bass Brewery Museum, brewing commenced in 1994 using the former pilot brewery plant from M&B's brewery at Cape Hill. Under Molson-Coors the centre became the National Brewing Museum.

The brewery was renamed the White Shield Brewery in 2004. However, a new brewery Heritage Brewing Company (William Worthington Brewery) was added within the National Brewery Centre in 2010 and the Cape Hill plant was mothballed. See also:- National Brewery Heritage Trust.
