Brewing commenced 1999 in outbuildings at the rear of the Griffin Inn.

The Milk Street Brewery, Commerce Park, Frome, Somerset.

In 2017, the brewery was relocated to an industrial unit at Commerce Park estate on the northern edge of Frome. It was also officially renamed to Frome Brewing Company.
