Founded in 1994 by Ian Merivale and Colin Diment, trading initially as Merivale Ales until Ian left in 1996.

Howard Johnson from RCH Brewery became the brewer and in 1996 they moved to Chipping Warden.

Warden Brewery/Merivale Ales, Manor Farm, Chipping Warden, Northamptonshire.

Brewing commenced in 1996 following move from Edgcote, Oxfordshire.

Brewing ceased 1998.
