M A Sedgwick & Co, 221 High Street, Watford, Hertfordshire.

Probably founded by the Smith family about the middle of the 18th Century.

Bought by William Fellowes Sedgwick 1862.

Acquired by their neighbours, Benskins Ltd on 23rd November 1923 with 97 public houses and was converted into maltings 1927.

Demolished 1965-66.
