Registered March 1906 to acquire the business of Herbert Alfred Searle. Receiver appointed 6th January 1909 and was dissolved 29th August 1911.  
Founded in 1897 by George and John Bagnall, trading as Bagnall Brothers. They sold it on to Herbert Alfred Searle, a brewery agent, in 1902.

Little Eaton Brewery Ltd, Elms Brewery, Duffield Road, Little Eaton, Derbyshire.

Founded in 1897 by George and John Bagnall, trading as Bagnall Brothers. They sold it on to Herbert Alfred Searle, a brewery agent, in 1902.

Registered March 1906 as Herbert Alfred Searle. Receiver appointed January 1909 and was dissolved 29th August 1911.

Offiler's Brewery Ltd purchased the concern with Searle remaining as their agent.

The buildings are Grade II listed and date from 1780, used as a malting until 1891.
